Since leaving EMI Classics as Chief Producer, John has pursued a very active freelance career as a recording producer continuing to work with Andsnes, Fliter, Vengerov, Bostridge, Belcea Quartet and, since 2011, conductor Riccardo Chailly.
John now retires from the Countess of Munster Board of Trustees, and will be hugely missed: his passion for music, insight and guidance in supporting our beneficiaries, and his friendship to fellow Trustees, has been of immense value over the years. We wish him all the best!
