19 years old); and

ROTARY FOUNDATION OF THE UNITED KINGDOM
Availability of competitive scholarships determined by each Rotary district,
varying from year to year. Contact local Rotary clubs to determine what
type of scholarships, if any, available.
Academic Year Ambassadorial Scholarships
- One years academic study abroad, not renewable, to be taken in
country other than country of residence, where student has not studied
previously. Award covers transport, tuition fees and reasonable living
expenses, up to $23,000.
Multi-Year Ambassadorial Scholarships
- 2-3 year specific degree-orientated study abroad. Same conditions as
above and this scholarship offers set sum for 2-3 academic years regardless
of actual costs or other sources of funding, worth about $11,000 p.a.
Cultural Ambassadorial Scholarships -
3-6 months of intensive language study and cultural immersion in another
country. Award of similar value pro rata.
Candidates can be graduates/undergraduates but need not necessarily be
so qualified. They must be proficient in language of chosen country of
study. Initial applications must be made through local Rotary Club in
applicants legal/permanent country of residence or place of full-time
study or employment.

SOUTH SQUARE TRUST
Applications are considered from individuals from the age of 18 onwards,
studying full-time graduate level courses (excluding PhD) in the Fine
and Applied Arts, to include Fine art (particularly silversmithing), Music,
